We've been working hard behind the scenes to bring a little more scrapping joy to you! We are offering theStudio's very first ever LIVE and IN PERSON, Digital Day Out. NEW RELEASES AND A FREEBIE

What a beautiful week we have had this week!! It is the middle of Autumn and yet it feels like spring....apart from all of those dang leaves everywhere!! The kids have been enjoying them though, and despite us all suffering from colds and coughs at the moment, the warm weather had allowed us to still spend time outside.

I would like to say a big thank you to Natasha (bcnatty) and Kristine (FLteacher). They have both been wonderful members of my CT and I am so sad to say goodbye to them both. Thanks guys...it was so great to have you aboard and I wish you both all the best with your future ventures!!

30 FREE PHOTO ACTIONS!!

I have to tell you that I have recently started using Photoshop. I am absolutely loving it!! One of the coolest things about it is all of the actions you can get. I've been using quite a few lately, they really can change a ho-hum photo into a WOW photo!! I was just going through the SnapandScrap forums today, and found this link (thanks Gill) to 30 FREE PHOTO ACTIONS!!

Here is an example of what these actions can do with just a click of the mouse.

You may have noticed a change in my scrapping style lately. I haven't actually changed my style, more as gone back to it. I think I may have gotten a little caught up in the whole 'less is more' style and once you do that, it is suprisingly difficult to get back into scrapping with elements. I had actually forgotten how much fun it can be to use all of the fun elements that are around. So you may still see the occasional minimalistic layout from me, but I really have grown quite bored with it and will be trying to develop better skills using elements from now on!

Now that I have stopped hosting challenges on my blog, I have started to try my hand at some of the cool challenges in the snapandscrap forum. If you are looking for a REAL challenge, go and join in the Add-It-On Challenge, or this month's Colour Challenge!!
