WOW......what a week!! I feel like I've hardly had time to stop!! What with watching Nelly for my good friend 3 days a week now, playgroup, family dinners, designing and housework, I've hardly had any quality time with the girls, let alone had time to scrap!! This week has just flow by! Because of all this, I didn't quite get the complete 'Dusky Sunset Kit' finished, so even though it is this week's freebie & challenge, I won't be able to offer the full kit up as a prize.....yet....but I think I might have a suitable substitute. Anyway, I'm getting ahead of myself!! This week's freebie is:-

For this week's challenge, download the Dusky Sunset Freebie here. Create a layout using the entire freebie kit, plus any additional elements or pp you wish. The twist is that you MUST use a photo that has either been taken at an unusual angle or that has been cropped in an unusual manner. You MUST include some form of Journaling. Link your layout in the comments section below, or pm me with the link & I will do it for you. Here's mine:-

4 winners will be randomly drawn and will receive this prize:-

SOMETHING A LITTLE DIFFERENT.......This week I have decided to add an extra prize, a secret door prize I guess you would call it. I have picked a secret number and if you are that number to link your challenge lo, you will instantly win:-

Ok, so that's about it for this week. Don't forget that my CT call is still open (closes 1st March) If you are interested in receiving all of my stuff to use in your layouts, please see the post below!

Freebie Challenge #1

Well, it's been a not so great week. I'm struggling with a bout of gastro and I am the world's WORST sick person! I'm worse than the kids... no seriously, I It has had it's benefits though. Because I have been feeling so bad and haven't really been capable of anything physical (like housework...he he he), it's left me nothing to do except to spend a lot of time sitting at the computer fiddling with elements and papers. While I'm still trying to get the shop up & running I thought I'd post a FREEBIE CHALLENGE with a few bitz'n'pieces from my new kits.

Ok, so this challenge is going to be pretty straight forward. Download Challenge Freebie #1. You must use everything in the kit at least once in your lo. You can add any other papers or elements that you wish. Make sure you post a link to your page in the comments below. You will have until this time next week to do so, after which, I will randomly select 3 winners! That's it.....easy!

This is mine....tfl!

AND NOW FOR THE PRIZE.......................

Blue Mountains Crumpled Paper Pack

Have fun & good luck!!

1st Post and a Freebie!

This is so exciting, my 1st ever post!! I've been trying to get it done all day, but the girls & I went to the Botanical Gardens with Nanny & Gramps this afternoon. By the time we got home it was time for dinner, baths etc!! Nanny & I got some great shots of the girls, so it was worth braving the hot afternoon.

I just loved this pic, one of my favs for the day. Miss Chloe was in another one of her moods today, so I had trouble getting any good pics of her, but I did like this one.Ok, it's getting really late now, so I'm going finish up & head to bed. I've been trying my hand at designing and have just finished my 1st ever papers, so it's freebie time!!!!
These are my 1st attempt, so I'll guarantee you that they are not perfect, but I've already used them in a few lo's and they come up not too shabby! You can download them here. Tfl!!
