My favorite Christmas Tradition is the making of the Cox family Christmas Pudding. As children, my brother and I hated Christmas Pudding. It was always so heavy, dark and icky. Then my wonderful mother came up with an amazing recipe that we just adored (to this day it is the ONLY Christmas Pudding I will eat). Every year Mum would get all of the ingredients together and my brother and I would help her mix it up. Now we are all grown up and have children of our own. So every year, a few weeks before Christmas, Mum picks up my 2 girls and takes them to her house for a sleep over, where the main event is making Christmas Puddings!! I just love that she has carried on this fun tradition with my kids too!!
If you'd like to give the recipe a try, here it is.....a little extra gift for you!!
